Production Rings.

After more than fourteen years and over thirty thousand chainrings, I thought it was time to have some production chainrings available.

I have cut a lot of rings for a one man workshop, which has allowed me to workout what are the popular designs and what I should keep in stock.

Just to let you know these production rings are cut in exactly the same way I cut my custom designs ... one at a time in one sequential process.

So that means perfectly round chainrings with no high spots.   My tooth profile, which has a tighter fit than other brands of  rings also has smaller chamfer or lead in on the edge of the tooth....simply put more tooth, better fit and quieter ride.

I produce hundreds in a particular model with each run, but because I am not stopping and starting and cutting individual orders I can produce  a lot of stock rings in a short period of time.....a lot for me anyway.

The production ring models will continue to grow in the coming months as I finish programming and machining the new designs and models.

The production chainrings begin at $49.00 each for the Street Tracker Model ( includes free shipping anywhere in Australia)  and go up to $99.00 for highly polished finish in some of the other models.   

I make the rings and I sell them and that is why they are so well priced............simple really.

The designs of these rings are available in other custom sizes.   I am able to cut these design in most other bolt patterns that are available, there may be some restrictions with some of them because of the amount of detail , but please don't hesitate to contact me for a quote.
